Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?

No! You can start with a single session and purchase additional sessions whenever you’re ready. Our packages are designed to give you flexibility and savings.

What if my athlete can’t make a scheduled session?

We understand life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Session packs are valid for 6-12 weeks depending on the package.

Is the faith development portion required?

Absolutely not. The faith and character development sessions are completely optional. Athletes can participate as much or as little as they choose without any impact on their training.

What age groups do you train?

We work with youth athletes ages 8-18, with age-appropriate programming for each developmental stage.

Can I try a session before purchasing a package?

Yes! We offer first-time trial sessions. Contact us to schedule your athlete’s trial session.

What should my athlete bring to training?

Athletic clothing, running shoes, water bottle, and a positive attitude! We provide all training equipment.
